Searching by group requires a familiarity with the Group System. All vehicle components are categorized into functional groups. For example: the CD-Changer is Group 80, Subgroup 64 (80.64). For individuals not familiar with the 4-digit group guide please see Daimler Workshop Resources > Group System Guide.

The following example demonstrates Search by Group.

Select the Group link (if not already in Group Quick Search).
Enter the Group and (optional) Subgroup.
Enter the Chassis Number.
Click SEARCH.

OR

Select the Group link (if not already in Group Quick Search).
Enter the Chassis Number.
Click the Group from the menu.

OR

Select the Group link (if not already in Group Quick Search).
Click the Group from the menu.

The result list will now display:

Example 1: All documents applicable to the specified Group/Subgroup combination for model 906 657 13.

Example 2: All documents applicable to the specified Group for Sprinter 3500 Extended Cargo.

Example 3: All documents applicable to the specified Group (all models).

The selection of a Subgroup is optional, though it reduces the number of results. All documents are displayed beginning with the latest published document for the selected group.
