If you are familiar with Mercedes-Benz vehicles, you can also search by chassis. For example, the Model Year 2007 S550 is a 221171 Chassis, where S550 is the so-called "Sales Designation."

In order to search by Chassis, either a Category/Subcategory has to be selected or left on the default ALL setting. Selecting a Category/Subcategory narrows your search to documents most relevant to your present interest.

The following example shows a Chassis Search.

Select the search button from the top menu.
Select the Category and Subcategory.
Search by Chassis.
Enter Chassis and click Refresh to select the appropriate Model Year.
Select the Model.
Click SEARCH.

The results list displays all Installation Bulletins under Category Star Bulletins for Chassis 221 and the selected Model Year.

!! Please be aware that certain Installation Bulletins are valid for multiple models, but the result will only display bulletins applicable to the selected vehicle.!!
